    David Brownstein, M.D. A must-have for anyone diagnosed with breast
    cancer or fibrocystic breast disease. The editors of Breast Cancer
    Choices consider the connection between iodine insufficiency and
    breast disease the most significant discovery we have reviewed in the
    last 14 years.

    Assess Your True Risk of Breast Cancer by Patricia T. Kelly, Ph.D.  Kelly,  
    a molecular geneticist , examines major studies on hormone
    replacement therapy and breast cancer, concluding that HRT taken at
    menopause does not increase the risk of breast cancer. The author
    also discusses the peer-review literature on HRT taken after
    diagnosis, making her one of the few people in the world bringing
    fresh eyes to a subject that most clinicians had made up their minds
    about without reading up on the subject. Assess Your True Risk of
    Breast Cancer is an important book which deserves a sequel
    discussing the current brainwashing of  women against hormones in
    sharp contrast to the published scientific facts. Kelly is the perfect
    author to investigate how the Women's Health Initiative debacle may
    have statistically contributed to the premature deaths of women it
    scared off hormones.

    The Annie Appleseed Project is an excellent reference resource. Use
    their search engine as an encyclopedia of cancer resources.
